  3. Dear Daryl and Carol,
This past weekend (09/01/08) was a time of reflection for me and I believe the comments I read in your blog this morning helped me to understand some of the thoughts and memories that washed over me then. We need each other, even in our times of victory, but without question in our times of doubt. I have many doubts and wonder if I truly understand God's love and provision for my life as I see the many around me whose lives seem much less stable than my own. I am encouraged by your resolve and your hope. I know the words of some wonderful hymns and when I remember them, I am often overcome with emotion. How easily I forget the many benefits of having a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Your have reminded me that nothing else really matters. We who are priviledged to have the gift of faith in Him certainly have every reason to rejoice always, even in uncertain times. Thanks for the reminder to keep praying. We miss the evidence of His answers to prayer when we neglect to pray. It is a blessing to be able to pray for you both. May your faith be strengthened as you continue along this path with Him. How amazing is His love and how unending is His faithfulness to us (Ps 117). Your brother forever, Bill

  4. Hi Daryl...
I thank God for you and your family. You are courageous and faithful in serving the Lord when others might quit, and you are an encouragement to all who know you. Praying for wisdom for your doctors and positive results from the infusions, knowing that God will supply all that you need. See you at church! Sandy
